Overstock Condition – What to Expect

The majority—or potentially all—of the pieces in this lot are brand-new overstock items from Bloomingdale’s. These items were never sold in-store and have been stored in warehouse packaging.

There are no clearance stickers, no damage, and no signs of wear on the overstock items. Any garments removed from their bags for product photos or video footage may have light dust from handling but remain completely unworn and undamaged.

Liquidation Condition – What Might Be Included

Though this lot is primarily composed of overstock, it may include a few liquidation items. These are usually customer returns or unsold in-store pieces that have been pulled for clearance. Here’s what you may encounter with liquidation pieces:

• Some garments may have removable clearance or liquidation stickers

• Paper tags may be missing

• A few items may be missing set components, such as belts or matching pieces—however, the remaining items are still sellable

• Some pieces may show minor signs of try-on such as light dust, makeup, or deodorant marks (typically removable with spot-cleaning)

• Packaging may be damaged or missing, and on rare occasions, labels on outer packaging may not match the contents

• A very small number may show signs of wear or minor seam flaws (e.g., small tears under the arm or loose stitches)—we do our best to remove these during sorting, but we process over 10,000 pieces weekly and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy

• Rarely, you may receive an item with a stapled tag. If so, remove carefully by sliding the staple out and gently smoothing the fabric. Avoid tearing, which can damage the garment

• On extremely rare occasions, a garment may arrive with a small defect we missed (e.g., rip at the seam). These are typically easy to repair for anyone with basic sewing skills
