• Missing Tags:
  In some cases, paper store tags may be missing, though the item remains new or very lightly handled.

• Set Separates:
  Occasionally, a piece may have been part of a multi-piece set (e.g., a top and bottom or an outfit with a belt). The remaining item(s) are included and still sellable on their own.

• Missing Accessories:
  Some garments may have been originally sold with an accessory, such as a belt, which may no longer be included.

• Light Surface Marks:
  Some pieces may show light stains or marks, often from being tried on in-store. These are typically superficial (e.g., dust, light makeup) and can often be removed with spot cleaning.

• Signs of Wear:
  Rarely, an item may show signs of prior wear. BIG BRAND DEPOT does its best to remove heavily worn or damaged items, but some light wear may occasionally be missed.

• Stapled Tags:
  Occasionally, liquidation tags are attached with a staple. Gently removing the staple and smoothing the fabric with your hands usually resolves this without issue. Careless removal may cause damage, so we recommend a slow and careful approach.

• Minor Flaws or Repairs:
  On rare occasions, a garment may have a small rip along a seam or under an arm. These issues are usually minor and repairable with basic sewing skills. Our team aims to catch and remove items with noticeable damage, but not every flaw may be visible during sorting.
