• Light makeup marks, deodorant residue, or dust—typically from being tried on in fitting rooms

• Items such as pants or dresses may have surface dust or lint

• In rare cases, there may be minor imperfections such as loose threads or small stains. Our team does its best to inspect and remove any unsellable items, but we cannot guarantee that 100% of issues will be caught in advance

Despite these minor risks, the majority of items are in excellent, resellable condition and offer tremendous value for the price.

Shipping Insurance – Strongly Recommended

Due to the value of this lot, BIG BRAND DEPOT strongly recommends adding shipping insurance to your order. If you choose to insure your shipment, you’ll receive full protection against:

• Lost parcels

• Stolen deliveries (including porch theft)

• Damaged shipments

• Delays due to slow or stuck transit

If your package is lost or stolen—even after delivery—you’ll receive 100% reimbursement if the shipment was insured.

If you decline insurance, you are accepting full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our warehouse. In that case, we will include Signature Confirmation at no extra cost to help reduce the risk of porch theft. However, please note that Signature Confirmation does not cover lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
