Condition Details – What to Expect

These items are customer returns, shelf pulls, or overstock liquidations. While many pieces are in excellent or like-new condition, please review the following common characteristics:

• Store Tags:

  • Others may feature clearance stickers or removable liquidation labels.

• Missing Accessories:

  • A few garments may have been part of a coordinated set (e.g., two-piece outfits), and only one part remains.

  • Some items may be missing a non-essential accessory (e.g., a belt or sash). All pieces are still functional and resellable.

• Minor Wear or Imperfections:

  • Occasionally, items may show signs of try-on wear such as light dust, makeup marks, or surface stains. Most are easily removed with spot treatment or steaming—no washing machine required.

  • Rare instances of actual wear may occur. BIG BRAND DEPOT removes major flaws when possible, but due to high volume, some imperfections may be missed.
