At Mr Thrift Pallet Liquidations, we specialize in wholesale liquidation pallets and truckloads for resellers across the United States. Because of the nature of liquidation inventory, our shipping and return policies are structured to protect both parties and ensure transparency.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed once full payment has cleared.

  • Processing time typically ranges from 1–3 business days.

  • Large truckload orders may require additional preparation time.

You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship nationwide across the United States using trusted freight carriers.

Shipping options include:

  • LTL (Less Than Truckload) – For single or multiple pallets

  • FTL (Full Truckload) – For bulk and truckload orders

  • Liftgate Service (available upon request for residential delivery)

All freight shipments include tracking when available.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not included in pallet pricing unless clearly stated.

  • Buyers are responsible for all freight, shipping, and handling charges.

  • Shipping quotes are calculated based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Residential or commercial address

    • Liftgate requirement

    • Weight and pallet size

Failure to provide accurate delivery details may result in additional fees.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is typically:

  • 3–7 business days depending on location

  • Remote areas may require additional transit time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier scheduling issues

5. Freight Delivery Requirements

Buyers must:

  • Be present at the time of delivery

  • Inspect pallets before signing the delivery receipt

  • Note visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)

If damage is not documented at delivery, claims may be denied by the carrier.

Missed delivery appointments may result in redelivery fees, storage fees, or return freight charges.

6. Risk of Loss

Once merchandise leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the freight carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged freight

All freight damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the wholesale liquidation nature of our business:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations after shipment

All merchandise is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”

2. Condition of Merchandise

Liquidation pallets may include:

  • Customer returns

  • Shelf pulls

  • Overstock inventory

  • Mixed-condition items

We do not guarantee:

  • Functionality

  • Completeness

  • Resale value

  • Individual item condition

Buyers assume full responsibility for resale risk.

3. Authorized Returns (Rare Exceptions)

Returns may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and must be:

  • Approved in writing by our management team

  • Requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Returned in original condition and packaging

If a return is approved:

  • Buyer is responsible for return freight

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

4. Restocking Fees

If a return is approved, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking fees cover handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after:

  • Payment has been processed

  • Inventory has been allocated

  • Freight has been scheduled

If an order is canceled before shipment at our discretion, a refund may be issued minus processing fees.

IMPORTANT BUYER NOTICE

Liquidation purchasing involves risk and reward. Products are discounted because they may include mixed conditions, customer returns, or untested items.

We strongly encourage buyers to:

  • Review product descriptions carefully

  • Understand grading standards

  • Ask questions before purchase

  • Budget for freight costs
