Welcome to Mr Thrift Pallet Liquidations. By accessing our website and purchasing inventory, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing inventory from Mr Thrift Pallet Liquidations, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with a purchase.

All buyers confirm they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Due to the wholesale and liquidation nature of our business:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations after payment is processed

All merchandise is sold in bulk liquidation format and priced accordingly.

3. “As Is, Where Is” Condition

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”

This means:

  • Merchandise may include shelf pulls, overstocks, customer returns, or mixed-condition inventory

  • We do not guarantee condition, completeness, functionality, or resale value

  • We are not responsible for missing components, manufacturer defects, or damages

Buyers assume full responsibility for inspecting and reselling purchased inventory.

4. Reservation Deposit Policy (Mandatory)

Mr Thrift Pallet Liquidations is not open to the public for walk-in purchasing.

To reserve inventory or schedule warehouse pickup, a mandatory refundable reservation deposit of $100 is required.

This deposit policy is in place due to repeated issues with no-shows and unserious buyers.

Deposit Terms:

  • The $100 deposit is refundable upon confirmed pickup or successful order completion.

  • Failure to appear for scheduled pickup without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Deposits may be applied toward the final invoice total.

We reserve the right to deny future reservations to buyers who fail to honor scheduled appointments.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Wire Transfer

  • ACH Transfer

  • Zelle

  • Cash (warehouse pickup only)

  • Approved business payment methods

Orders are not confirmed until full cleared payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for:

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Inventory unavailability

  • Pricing errors

6. Shipping & Freight Responsibility

The buyer is fully responsible for:

  • All shipping and handling costs

  • Freight coordination (unless arranged through us)

  • Providing accurate delivery information

We offer assistance arranging LTL and FTL freight through third-party carriers; however:

  • Shipping costs are not included in pallet pricing unless stated

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once merchandise leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the freight carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments

  • Damage claims must be filed directly with the freight carrier

Buyers must inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing freight documents.

8. Inventory Types & Availability

We offer various liquidation inventory categories, including but not limited to:

  • Clothing & Apparel Pallets

  • Amazon Return Pallets

  • Electronics Returns

  • Tool Pallets

  • General Merchandise

  • Full Truckloads

Inventory availability changes frequently and is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on load type.

9. Returns & Restocking Policy

Because all sales are final and sold in liquidation format:

  • Returns are generally not accepted

  • Refunds are not issued

  • Exchanges are not available

If, at our sole discretion, a return is authorized:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Merchandise must remain in original packaging

  • Tags must remain attached (for apparel loads)

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

10. International Orders

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs clearance

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Export documentation fees

We are not responsible for customs delays or seized shipments.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mr Thrift Pallet Liquidations shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunity

  • Resale performance expectations

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific order in dispute.

12. Order Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Operational limitations

If an order is canceled before shipment, a refund of the amount paid will be issued.

13. Buyer Responsibility & Due Diligence

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Conducting their own resale research

  • Understanding liquidation grading standards

  • Reviewing manifests (if provided)

  • Calculating shipping costs before purchase

We strongly encourage buyers to review all product descriptions and ask questions before completing a transaction.

14. Anti-Fraud & Verification

To protect our business and customers:

  • We may require identity verification

  • Suspicious transactions may be declined

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mr Thrift Pallet Liquidations operates.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on mrthriftpalletliquidations.com, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • You agree to all policies stated above

  • You understand that all liquidation sales are final

Liquidation purchasing involves risk and reward. Merchandise is sold at deeply discounted wholesale pricing because it may include mixed conditions, customer returns, or unsorted goods.
